Think about what will happen if someone has an accident making him can’t moving or calling for help in a valley which no body will see him, what only he got is just some simple trip gear, a digital camera and one cell phone doesn’t has any signal, what is the result for this man? I think we can imagine that very easily. But if this man has a camera which can send emergency rescue signal to police station at near area and produce the sounds or flash light to attract the attention of people whom passing by, the ending of this tragedy maybe will have a different change and this point is just an idea what we have.
